This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds for the International Journal for Research and Innovation Conference (IJFRICON) 2025, organized by IJFRI and Metvance Global Solutions LLP. By registering for IJFRICON 2025, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
Upon successful payment of the registration fee, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. This email serves as confirmation of your registration for IJFRICON 2025. Please retain this email for future reference and as proof of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team immediately.
Once the registration fee has been paid and the registration is confirmed, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. This strict no-cancellation policy is in place due to the administrative costs, platform arrangements, and other preparations that are made based on confirmed registrations. We strongly advise all potential participants to carefully consider their availability and commitment before completing the registration process.
If you are unable to attend the conference after registration, no refund will be provided. However, with prior written approval from the organizing committee, you may nominate a substitute participant from the same organization or institution to attend in your place. Such requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the conference commencement date and are subject to approval by the organizing committee. The substitute participant must belong to the same registration category as the original registrant.
Refunds will only be issued in the event that IJFRICON 2025 is canceled entirely by the organizers. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Partial cancellation of specific sessions, changes in the conference program, or changes in the speaker lineup do not qualify for refunds. The decision to cancel the conference rests solely with the organizing committee and may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, or insufficient participation.
In the event that the conference is canceled by the organizers, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method used during registration. The refund process will be initiated within 10 working days from the date of the cancellation announcement. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
In case of refunds due to conference cancellation by the organizers, the full registration amount will be refunded. However, any payment gateway charges or currency conversion fees that were applied during the original payment transaction may not be refundable, as these are charged by the payment service provider (Razorpay) or your financial institution and are beyond the control of the conference organizers.
In the event of technical failures or connectivity issues on the participant's end during the virtual conference, no refunds will be provided. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide recordings of missed sessions where possible, subject to speaker consent and technical feasibility. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have adequate internet connectivity and appropriate hardware to participate in the virtual conference.
If your submitted paper is not accepted for presentation at the conference after the peer review process, this does not qualify for a registration fee refund. We encourage participants to register only after receiving confirmation of paper acceptance if their participation is contingent on presenting a paper at the conference.
The organizers reserve the right to change the conference format (e.g., from fully virtual to hybrid or vice versa) if circumstances require. Such changes do not entitle participants to cancellations or refunds. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify all registered participants of any significant changes to the conference format in a timely manner.
Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations shall be resolved through amicable discussions between the participant and the organizing committee. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
