This Pricing Policy applies to all participants registering for the International Journal for Research and Innovation Conference (IJFRICON) 2025, organized by IJFRI and Metvance Global Solutions LLP.
All registration fees for IJFRICON 2025 are clearly listed on the official registration page of the conference website. The fees may vary based on participant category (student, academic, professional, etc.), presentation type, and registration timing (early bird, regular, late registration).
All prices displayed on the registration page are subject to change without prior notice. The organizers reserve the right to modify the registration fees at any time. However, any changes in pricing will not affect registrations that have already been confirmed and paid for.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international participants, the equivalent amount in their local currency will be determined by the exchange rate at the time of payment processing.
The registration fees displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, or any other statutory levies as required by Indian law. These additional charges, if any, will be clearly indicated during the checkout process before payment confirmation.
We accept payments through Razorpay, our official payment gateway partner. Various payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallet payments are supported as per Razorpay's available options.
All payment transactions are processed through secure and encrypted connections. We do not store your complete credit card details on our servers. The payment process is handled by Razorpay in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Upon successful payment, an electronic invoice/receipt will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during registration. For any discrepancies in the invoice or receipt, please contact our support team.
Any special pricing, group discounts, or promotional offers will be clearly communicated on the registration page or through official communication channels. These offers may be time-limited and subject to specific terms and conditions.
