IJFRICON 2025 is a fully virtual international academic conference organized by IJFRI and Metvance Global Solutions LLP. As such, there are no physical materials, conference kits, or other items that require shipping as part of the standard registration package.
All conference materials, including but not limited to conference proceedings, presentation materials, certificates of participation/presentation, and other relevant documents will be provided in digital format via email or through the conference portal.
Hard copy certificates are available only upon special request and only for participants with shipping addresses within India. These certificates will be shipped only after the successful completion of the conference and verification of the participant's attendance and/or presentation.
To be eligible for a hard copy certificate, participants must:
a) Have successfully registered and paid for the conference
b) Have actively participated in the conference as per the attendance requirements
c) Have presented their paper/research (if applicable)
d) Have specifically requested a hard copy certificate through the designated channel
Participants wishing to receive hard copy certificates must submit a formal request through the conference portal or via email to the conference secretariat within 14 days after the conclusion of the conference. Late requests may not be accommodated.
Hard copy certificates will be shipped only to addresses within India. The shipping will be handled through reliable courier services. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 working days from the date of dispatch.
Any applicable shipping charges for hard copy certificates will be communicated to the requester before processing. These charges must be paid in advance before the dispatch of the certificate.
It is the participant's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping address details. The organizers will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
In case of lost or damaged shipments, participants should notify the conference secretariat within 30 days of the expected delivery date. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include re-issuing and re-shipping the certificate.
International participants will receive only digital certificates. No hard copy certificates will be shipped to addresses outside India.
