These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the International Journal for Research and Innovation Conference (IJFRICON) 2025, organized by IJFRI and Metvance Global Solutions LLP. By registering for and participating in IJFRICON 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with registration.
Registration for IJFRICON 2025 is open to academics, researchers, professionals, and students from relevant fields. The registration is considered complete only upon successful payment of the applicable registration fee. The organizers reserve the right to reject any registration without providing reasons. Participation in the conference is subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions and any additional guidelines communicated by the organizers.
All papers submitted to IJFRICON 2025 must be original works of the author(s) and must not have been previously published or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere. The author(s) retain the copyright of their work but grant IJFRICON 2025 the right to publish the paper in the conference proceedings and associated publications. The author(s) are solely responsible for ensuring that their submission does not infringe upon any existing copyright, intellectual property right, or any other right of any person or entity.
IJFRICON 2025 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. All submitted papers will undergo rigorous plagiarism checking using appropriate software and tools. Papers found to contain plagiarized content will be immediately rejected, and the author(s) may be barred from participating in current and future conferences organized by IJFRI and Metvance Global Solutions LLP. The organizers reserve the right to report instances of plagiarism to the author's affiliated institution or organization.
All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process. The decision of the review committee regarding acceptance or rejection of papers is final and binding. The organizers do not guarantee acceptance of any submitted paper and are not obligated to provide detailed feedback for rejected papers. However, reasonable efforts will be made to provide constructive feedback to authors.
Authors of accepted papers are required to present their work during the scheduled conference sessions. Failure to present an accepted paper may result in the paper being excluded from the conference proceedings. Presenters must adhere to the time limits and presentation guidelines provided by the organizers. The presentation must substantially reflect the content of the accepted paper and should not deviate significantly from the approved abstract.
As IJFRICON 2025 is a virtual conference, participants must ensure they have adequate internet connectivity and appropriate hardware (computer/laptop with webcam and microphone) to participate effectively. Participants must join their assigned sessions at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. During presentations, participants should keep their microphones muted unless speaking or asking questions. The use of appropriate virtual backgrounds is permitted, but they should be professional and not disruptive. Recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the organizers.
The organizers of IJFRICON 2025 reserve the right to make changes to the conference program, including but not limited to changes in schedule, speakers, and session formats, as deemed necessary. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any significant changes. The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues on the participant's end that may affect their ability to participate in the conference. In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the organizers' control, the conference may be postponed, rescheduled, or conducted in an alternative format, at the organizers' discretion.
The conference proceedings and all materials provided as part of IJFRICON 2025 are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without prior written permission from the organizers or the respective copyright holders. The organizers reserve the right to record conference sessions for archival and promotional purposes. By participating in the conference, you grant the organizers permission to use your image, voice, and presentation materials in such recordings.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the conference. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund. Participants should engage in constructive academic discourse and respect diverse viewpoints and opinions. The organizers reserve the right to take appropriate action against any participant who violates this code of conduct.
The organizers of IJFRICON 2025 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the conference. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the organizers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
The organizers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on the conference website, and continued participation in the conference after such changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
